NEXTGEN Bioscience was founded with a mission to bring new therapeutic opportunities to patients suffering from autoimmune and fibrotic diseases with high unmet medical needs.

Leveraging our team’s extensive experience in drug discovery and development, we have built an integrated R&D platform that spans from early discovery to clinical development.

Our lead candidate, NXC736 (Vonifimod), is currently in Phase 2 clinical trials for alopecia areata (AA), while NXC680 is undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation targeting idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). In addition, we are expanding our pipeline to include next-generation therapies for IPF and wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD) and other fibrotic diseases at the exploratory stage.

Vonifimod is expanding its therapeutic potential beyond alopecia areata to ulcerative colitis, positioning it as a globally competitive asset. Meanwhile, NXC680 has demonstrated the potential to evolve into a best-in-class treatment for IPF. Through strategic partnerships and collaborations, NEXTGEN Bioscience is building the foundation for global commercialization.
